The business is managed by Emanuela, a resourceful woman who dedicates herself to taking care of her guests in her free time. As soon as possible, she prepares delicious treats to offer alongside excellent coffee. It gratifies me to see every satisfied guest, and even more so when I see them return for a second time. This demonstrates that we have done our job well. I am very attentive to the opinions of our guests, and for this reason, I do not appreciate those who only leave a rating without giving me any feedback on how I can improve. I am also bothered by those who remain anonymous and do not allow me to understand which room they stayed in. In the end, I am a shy person and do not know if customers appreciate me entertaining them a bit or if they prefer to remain quiet in their room. For this reason, I avoid being intrusive and respect their privacy.
